Return and Exchange

Avedy Design creations may be returned or exchanged under the following conditions.

Please note:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days of receiving it . Please allow 5-7 business days to see the refund on your bank statement after we receive the item.

The returned items must be unused, perfect condition, with all tags and protective materials in place. 

Avedy Design will not accept any exchanges or returns if the item shows sign of use, has been worn, or has been modify from it's original condition in any way.

All return or exchange shipment costs must be paid by the buyer.

Special Order

Special order, custom designs, or engraved items cannot be returned to Avedy Design for refund or exchange.
